How do I register my company free of charge on SAYellow?

Your business information will be placed in the "Free Listings" section which will be listed under one relevant classification (category), within one location. Listings are displayed alphabetically. A free entry consists of the following:

Company Name, Physical address, Postal address, Telephone number, Fax number, Website address, Company email address, Contact person, Your company description in 200 characters.

Step by step procedure:

1. Click here to add your listing.
2. Enter your dialling code and telephone number in the boxes provided. Enter the validation numbers into the box provided and click on the "Submit" button.
3. Read through the Terms & Conditions and click on the "I Agree" button.
4. Complete your company details in the form provided and click on the "Next" button.
5. To select a category:
   • Enter a keyword in the search box (any word related to your category) and click on "Search".
   • A list of all the categories related to the keyword you entered will appear, click on the category you want to be listed under.
6. Click on the "Choose Me" button, under "Option 1: Free Business Listing"
7. To complete the registration process, you have to click on the Add Listing link, on the email you received.
   You are now required to confirm your email address. You should receive an email after you registered, which contains details of your subscription and instructions on how to confirm your email address. This helps to prevent problems with bad addresses, such as bounced replies or spam. You only need to confirm your email address once.

How do I Prioritise my existing free listing?

Priority placement above all Basic Listings in search results in up to 5 categories of your choice. We will include your information on the SA Yellow CD and we will send you a copy. The CD-ROM is a phenomenal tool that let's you "slice and dice" the database offline to find the perfect prospects in any market area. Your Priority listing can also be displayed in additional locations at an additional cost.

Step by step procedure:

1. Login to your company profile.
2. On your COMPANY PROFILE page, under the heading "Want to upgrade your listing to a Priority Listing?", click on the "Upgrade Now ..." link.
3. On the ADVERTISING OPTIONS page, select the locations you want to be listed in and click on the "Choose Me" button.
4. Complete the Insertion Order form, click on the "Terms & Conditions" link and read through them, and click on the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page.
5. To complete the application for a Priority Listing, you have to click on the Verify Order link on the email you received.
   You are now required to confirm your application for a Priority Listing. You should receive an email after you've registered, which contains details of your Priority Listing and instructions on how to verify your Order. Your application for a Priority Listing will be deleted if you do not confirm your new Insertion Order within 30 days.

Our entry on your system is under the wrong category, how can I change this?

Step by step procedure:

• Login to your Company Profile
• Click on the "COMPANY PROFILE" heading.
• Click on the "CATEGORIES" Heading.
• In the UPDATE YOUR CATEGORIES page:
• Enter a keyword in the search box (any word related to your category) and click on "Search".
• A list of all the categories related to the keyword you entered will appear, click on the category you want to be listed under. (If the category you want is not listed, go back and try another keyword, if you still can't find a category, please email Customer Support to suggest your category).

I requested a link to my business’s website, but cannot find it on SA Yellow.

Please be sure you are looking under the correct heading, city, and/or name when looking for your link.

Listings are uploaded monthly and are validated before they can be permanently added to the database.

How do I access My Statements, Insertion Order and Invoices on the SA Yellow.com website?

Step by step procedure:

• Login to your Company Profile
• In the Main Menu, click on the "ACCOUNT CENTRE" heading.
• Select the report you want to view/print.
• To activate your Insertion Order, please fax your signed copy to 012 345 6094

How Do I Change My Bank Details on the SA Yellow.com Website?

If I apply for a Priority Listing, am I allowed to cancel my subscription anytime I want to?

Due to your information that would be included on the SA Yellow CD that is manufactured in bulk and the distributed during the year, our contracts run for a minimum period of 12 months, then renews for a further 12 months if not cancelled at least 3 months before the end date.
